How can we help you? We’ll begin your project by determining exactly what you need, and how we can best help you meet those needs. We’ll draw up a contract and get the project setup in an online collaboration space, so you never lose track of what’s happening.


After the project kickoff, we’ll start by carefully identifying detailed requirements and building out a more specific timeline. Next comes a content audit and planning, information architecture, user experience design, wireframes, and signoff before we start the design.


This is where the magic happens. We’ll start by refining your design, then building out your site pages, navigation and extras like eCommerce or event signups. With lots of communication and collaboration between everyone involved, we’ll bring your imagination to life!


Sure, we think we got it right – but how do we know?? We’ll test with new and experienced users, across browsers, and for accessibility – and make sure there aren’t any bugs in the finished product. Are your forms working? Newsletters? Shopping cart? Any last-minute changes?


Our creation comes to life!! The project isn’t a success until you are satisfied – and we’ll make sure that the dust has settled after launch before calling it “finished”. With 30 days of free support included with any package, you’ll have the chance to make sure everything works just as expected.
